An Asheville-based artisanal bakery, we use organic and local ingredients whenever possible to bring you seasonal specialties and year round favorites. We also craft tarts and other French-inspired pastries for sale at tailgate markets throughout the Asheville area. Come visit us at the Asheville City tailgate market every Saturday from April through December and try one of our famous sticky buns.
